I know that some of you may be wondering, Is it safe to go to the dentist during the Coronavirus pandemic?  Since starting May 18th, we’ve been exceeding all CDC, OSHA, health department and American Dental Association infection control recommendations.  We are screening with a questionnaire, taking temperatures, and scheduling to have a very limited number of people in the waiting room. We have clean pens, hand sanitizers for you to use, and acrylic barriers. We have KN95 masks, face shields, gowns, and head coverings.  We have a specialized HVAC system that replaces the air in our office 8-10 times per hour.  In addition, we have HEPA filters with UV lights, extra-oral suction units, and special intra-oral suction units.  All high touch surfaces-including counters, handles, and bathrooms-are getting cleaned regularly throughout the day.  We are also fogging the office with disinfectant to clean the air.  I want to assure you that it is absolutely safe to receive dental care in our office.
