How It Works:
Simply make a one-time annual payment to gain immediate access to a comprehensive suite of preventative dental services. Once you join, you are covered for the next 12 months. The Smile Club Membership includes essential preventative treatments tailored to your needs, such as regular cleanings and exams, along with significant savings on dental treatments performed in our office.
The Downtown Dentist Smile Club Membership is valid for 12 months. Membership fees must be paid upfront and are non-refundable. Exclusions to the 10% discount apply to whitening products, rinses, fluoride gels, and elastic toothbrushes.
