I can always get an early morning appointment and the front desk, hygenists and dentist are all very friendly. It's a pleasant visit to the dentist (and I am one of those people that don't relish going to the dentist)!!! I highly recommend this dentist office for your needs. My husband and I have been going there since we moved to COS over six years ago.

I’ve been a patient here for more than 10 years! That alone speaks to the level of care, compassion, and comfort that they provide. I was so afraid of dental/oral hygiene, that I had not received care as a young adult for many years. They helped ease my anxiety, and put me on the path to good health!! I’ve been going there since and will continue to be a patient there until the end of time! (LoL). I also appreciate that they support other local business and community organizations!!! Thank you! Visited The Downtown Dentist for a 6 month cleaning and exam. I had the greatest experience with Sarah. She was amazing! Sarah really listened to my concerns and answered all questions in a clear and concise manner. There was no pain or discomfort during the teeth cleaning procedure. She is an asset to this dental practice. KUDOS for hiring this ultimate professional.

My visit for a cleaning at the Downtown Dentist was a grand experience. My hygienist Tracey did an outstanding job in the dental hygiene arena and the entire experience was relaxing and a breeze. Recommend anyone seeking a good general dentistry practice give the Downtown Dentist a try. They will even pay for your parking out front!

OUCH - part of a tooth broke off, so I contacted my dentist, the Downtown Dentist, and Terri got me scheduled immediately. I was thoroughly impressed as to how the staff worked together - provided reassurance, professionally evaluated the issue, and thoroughly explained the options. When I indicated that I was flying out of town the next day, there was no hesitation, they got to work immediately and two hours later, I looked in the mirror and could not believe the results. The service today was excellent - delivered by dedicated professionals with a positive attitude and commitment to their profession. Thank you.

I used to hate going to the dentist. Now it’s not a big deal. They make you very comfortable. They take care of any problems before they are actually a problem and you’re in and out fairly quickly. Their pricing seems fair to me. I’ve been going to them for 13 years and I’m never disappointed.

This dentist office is amazing! I haven’t been to a dentist in about 16 years due to a very bad experience. Everyone at this office is extremely pleasant, and your comfort truly feels priority. My teeth were not in the best shape and I would say 60% of the time when I would smile, I would quickly close my mouth (when I’d realize it was open). Never once did I feel judged or uncomfortable by anyone at this office. One of my upper front teeth had no enamel left at the top near the gum and was a very noticeable dark yellow. One of my bottom front teeth had a chip in it and even though no one seemed to notice. I definitely did. After just two appointments they honestly look good as new. I will recommend downtown Dentist to everyone!

Just moved to Colorado Springs from Florida. Found the Downtown Dentist and was greeted right away by the receptionist. She made an appointment and scanned my insurance cards. Anastasia was my dental hygienist and was amazing. She took X-rays and explained what she was doing beforehand. Very thorough teeth cleaning! Dr. Burgos examined my teeth and offered advice. I found this dental experience very pleasant and felt that this office has a very highly skilled and professional staff. Looking forward to my visit in six months.

Dr. Rohleder and her whole staff were amazing! I needed to have a crown put on a tooth before it got worse. Dr. Burgos and the dental assistants did a stellar job at making sure my tooth was prepped and the crown fit perfectly. Bernadine helped get me squared away with flexible payment options that was right with my budget so that I could get the procedure taken care of. I highly recommend The Downtown Dentist for all of your dental needs! 10/10

Always disliked going to the dentist. Became a bigger issue in the army. I got an off post referral to downtown dentist and wasn’t to sure on how it would go. I’ve never been asked to have topical cream or to get injected to be numbed up for a cleaning. Before they started the cleaning they asked and I was shocked, but that made me feel so much more comfortable with them because at that point I knew they actually cared for there guests. The cleaning was quick and informative as we all don’t floss enough. I asked to see the dentist to ask a few questions. She answered them, took a Quick Look and told me the army doesn’t do enough for the soldiers and would write a lengthy recommendation for future appointments! I love that. Genuinely an awesome place to go. Plus they pay for the meter!

Out of state visitor who awoke to tooth pain. Not knowing who to see and no over the counter medication helping. I called Downtown Dentist and was able to get an emergency same day appointment. This office is top notch from receptionist to dentist! They had me feeling better in no time and able to enjoy the rest of my birthday vacation.They even sent a Happy Birthday message the next day!

I went to The Downtown Dentist for a number of years before I had to change dentists about 8 years ago due to insurance. Dr. Rohleder and her staff are incredible! Everything you hear about them is true. They are super friendly and make you feel right at home. However, the main reason I am writing this now is because Dr. Rohleder is an extremely talented and phenomenal dentist. She put a gold onlay / partial crown on one of my teeth about 10 years ago. Every dentist and hygienist I have seen since then has commented on how beautiful and perfect it is. She did an incredible job! You can trust her with your care.

Dr Rohleder was amazing! She took the time to understand my issue and did a thorough examination to track exactly what was going on that was causing my bite issue. The rest of the office staff was terrific and helped ease my typical anxiety when visiting the dentist. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!!!

Every experience here has been great. The dental hygienists always take their time to explain what they're doing beforehand and Dr. Burgos is great and takes his time as well to explain and show you what his concerns are. Receptionists are helpful and estimates are made before anything is done. Thank you for all you do!

I SURVIVED The Downtown Dentist...! Dentist ROHLEDER and crew we're welcoming and made me (I'm difficult and a pain) feel at ease sitting on the hot seat. Dentist and staff did a great job putting in a crown and Sarah the Tartar Terminator, I mean the dental hygienist did a great job of not making me cry.

My routine dental cleaning/exam was perfect. Sarah, the hygienist did an excellent job with a professional and hometown demeanor. Julia, the dentist is one of the pillars of the Colorado Springs community and a reason I love living here. She stays on the leading edge of technology and runs a dental office as a high functioning team. I do not know of a better dentist office anywhere.

Best Dentist in the City: This is a practice with the latest technology. Being in healthcare myself knowing how important the latest technology is was important to me. I can also get appointments easy and soon. The staff are always nice and it's an upbeat enjoyable dentist office with great energy. You can tell the staff enjoys who they work for.

Update- I had a bit of an odd request for some minor cosmetic work and the entire staff was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! They were so excited and passionate about their work, and they made me feel so comfortable and honestly I could go on and on. Highly skilled, professional, caring, and just genuinely one of my best dental experiences to date. 5/5! Honestly one of the best dental experiences I've had. They actually listened when I told them that I had sensitive teeth, offered me numbing for a chipped tooth and explained everything that was happening with my appointment. Would definitely recommend them.

I am a new patient. Staff and Dr. Rohleder went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Sarah was my hygienist, and she did a great job explaining what she was doing at at all times. Shawn was my dental assistant, and he did a wonderful job explaining his procedures, and to help me with the processes. Dr Rohleder I felt truly cared about my condition. She is very compassionate, and made sure all my questions were answered in a way I could understand. A VERY positive experience.

These people are amazing, I haven’t been to the dentist in 3 years and needed to go and they were all so friendly, gave me quarters so I can park out front. And they always checked on my comfort level. Never felt any pain or discomfort and again, every single person on staff was super friendly, I wish I could give more stars honestly, I’m going to continue coming here often!!!

Melissa is a dental hygienist extraordinaire not only with her profession w, but her care and concern for her patients. Dr.Rohleder was there today and as always, is warm and supportive. Hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and the staff at the Downtown Dentist were great! They took the time to check in on how I was feeling throughout and were thorough in their explanation of how my teeth were doing and what needed attention. Very nice office too. I’ll definitely be a patient as long as I’m living in Colorado Springs!

I was very surprised at how pleasant the experience was. There was very little discomfort and they were very accommodating. I felt like I was in an environment where people enjoyed each other and their work. The techs and doctor were very informative and precise on the condition of my teeth. I've never had such a glowing experience with a dentist office before.

Usually going to the dentist is an experience somewhere between an alien abduction and buying a used car. Not so with the downtown dentist. I can honestly say I was treated like a fully fledged human being at every step of the process. They minimize your discomfort and are very efficient. Reasonable public parking garage less than two blocks away. Highly recommend.

Had a great cleaning by Sarah today. She was thorough, gentle, friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable with Dr Burgos as well. All the staff are pleasant. I never feel anyone is rushed at this office yet I never need to wait long. I switched to the Downtown Dentist several years ago and I highly recommend.

Fun and friendly staff especially Dr. Julia. I had to get some teeth filled and she talked me through it step by step. The whole procedure was no big deal. A nice office in the middle of downtown. Everything runs smoothly with hardly any wait time. They even offer you quarters for the parking meters! Highly recommend!

I'll admit, I am typically not a huge fan of going to the dentist, which partially explains why I hadn't been to one in over three years. As someone who recently moved to Colorado Springs, I chose The Downtown Dentist because of their great reviews and convenient location. However, after visiting, I will now be continuing all of my dental cleanings and treatments with them because they are way more than good reviews and a great location! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. And as someone who hates to wait, I appreciated that I was immediately seen upon arrival, all three times that I have been there. They ask the right questions and take fantastic care of you. Oh, and their hygienist, Holly is remarkably thorough, kind, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend The Downtown Dentist to anyone!

Dr Rohleder is a very knowledgeable Dentist who will address the problem you have with your teeth in detail and give you all the different options you have to take care of it. This was probably one of the best visits to a dentist that I have ever had. Everyone with whom I had contact was friendly, attentive, and showed active concern for my comfort (which is hugely appreciated when there is a metal implement in your mouth!) Their technology is completely of-the-moment and helps to reassure that they are leaving very little to interpretation. This is a large team of professionals who all seem to function like an excellent beehive. I didn’t get great news while I was there, but it was delivered in language I could understand and the treatment strategy was spelled out clearly with the anticipated outcome spelled out so that I could buy into it and feel like part of the “team” working toward that outcome. I found the pricing to be very fair, and they went through all of the charges and figures with me so that I completely understood each line item. I’ve found my new dentist! *UPDATE - Now that I have been there 3 times, I just wanted to add to my review. There has been no other Dentist’s Office that I have gone to, where I see the same Hygienist every time. I never put together the value and benefit of seeing someone who knows your mouth, knows how it was 6 months ago, 1 year ago, and therefore can track and guide your improvement/maintenance. It is a HUGE bonus and benefit of this practice!

I love this place. And yes … I’m saying that about a dentist office!!! The staff is always welcoming and happy. They provide amazing top-quality service and at amazingly reasonable rates (especially when you don’t have insurance). For once, quality service no matter what!!! (Plus … no waiting 4 months for an appointment)

I was hesitant to go back to the dentist, since I'm still basically in lockdown while everyone else seems to have moved on. With the measures The Downtown Dentist has in place listed on their website, I felt more comfortable trying; I was deeply gratified to see they're even actually following their own guidelines, unlike some people! Masking isn't a universal requirement in the building except during treatment, so that's one area that could be improved, but with proper ventilation that's less of an issue than it could be. When interacting closely with me, everyone with the exception of the doctor wore KN-95 masks, which I definitely appreciated, and all surfaces were regularly being sanitized while I was there, so I felt safer in this environment than, honestly, any other medical environment I can remember being in since COVID. Knowing they are properly ventilated and filtered is a big, big help. As important as hygiene and safety measures are, and how glad I am to know the Downtown Dentist respects that, it was really the staff who made my experience today such a pleasant one. Everyone I've interacted with from scheduling the initial appointment on has been very friendly and helpful. I have sensory issues that make the dentist an even more daunting prospect than most, but when Rita heard my reservations she instantly and smoothly adjusted to make my experience as sensory-friendly as possible, which really just made my whole day. It can be hard to self-advocate, but her welcoming demeanor made it easy for me to try, and it was very gratifying to have my needs heard and then accommodated with zero fuss or making it weird, which is honestly what often happens. It was just a really nice foot to get off on with an experience I've been dreading for more than a year. I ended up getting my exam done with Lauren I believe, who was very nice; she was gentle and kept me abreast with everything that was happening, explaining what she would do before she did it, which always makes things better for me! I appreciated how she interacted with me like I was on her level, by being thorough and to the point in her explaintions and recommendations, while neither coming across as condescending OR judgemental, which is never fun but unfortunately a common experience with dentists for me. As a child I used to dread the dentist not only for how awful it would feel but also how they'd always scold and lecture me. That's gotten better as an adult, since I guess they figure I'm going to do what I'm going to do and trying to scare me straight is a waste of time, but it's still an ingrained expectation; due to my disability, oral hygiene is something that has always been a *huge* struggle for me, and despite trying what feels like every trick in the book, it has never gotten any easier. Everyone I worked with today was so good about meeting me where I was at, with compassion and without judgement, and honestly it was just so encouraging to have that realistic approach. The doctor (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, nice young guy) was gentle, efficient, and effective. He also made a good balance between giving Lauren notes about my teeth to explaining to me what he was seeing and why he made the recommendations that he did. I won't be apprehensive about working with him in the future the way I was with my last two dentists! Overall, I would describe my experience with The Downtown Dentist today as overwhelmingly positive. There seems to be a comraderie among the staff that gives the whole office a cheerful and welcoming vibe. Everybody seems to take pride in what they do, and patient comfort is way high up the list of priorities. It was a busy and chaotic morning, and despite that everyone still seemed on the ball; kudos on the professionalism! The level of care I received was phenomenal. I feel confident going to the dentist again for the first time in years; not just like before COVID where I forced myself because I knew I needed to, but because I feel like I'm going to be taken care of in a safe & supportive environment.

I found this Dentist office last year and really like them. I make my appointments with them when I am in town as I live in another state, but I make sure I see them when I am in town. I love the atmosphere of the office. Everyone is kind and friendly. I have never seen a doctor multi-task like she does. She is very professional and very good at her job. Thankful I found them. If you have a Dentist that you don't love them or if you don't have a Dentist, look no further.

The Downtown dentist has been one of the, if not the best dental group I have been seen by. It is extremely easy to get an appointment. They take almost every insurance provider. They take extra care of military personnel. If you're looking for a dentist who will treat you right then the Downtown dentist group is the best.

This is verifiably a true dentist's office! I have never gone in for a cleaning here and left with fewer teeth than I had planned, the Downtown Dentist is very faithful in their transactions. Every service that I have received from the Downtown Dentist has been one that I asked for or one that I was offered and that I then accepted. One thing that must be said though, if you were to travel to some far away location for a sufficient duration and were simultaneously unable to make a commute back to have your teeth cleaned at the Downtown Dentist, you probably would need to find another provider.

The best experience I have ever had with any business! Kaleigh (my dental hygienist) is an absolute rock star! I could not have asked for better treatment and care. The Downtown Dentist has excellent dental hygienists and staff! My visits have always been pleasant. Recently, Dr. Burgos did the fillings on my front teeth and the result was fantastic! I found the Downtown dentistry after I had fired my old dentist and then found myself in an emergency situation. I called down to the Downtown Dentistry at 8 am and by 10:30 they were able to get get me in. I needed a dental implant so they called out to Amos Oral Surgery to see if they could get me in the same day, and they did. By the end of the day I had my dental implant and Downtown Dentistry had me scheduled for 9 am the next day to replace a filling that had come out. From there they scheduled me for my cleaning, and impressions for my night guard a couples weeks later. I just came back from that appointment, where they were able to call their person who makes the night guards to see if he could put a rush on it so I would get it back before the holidays hit and everyone was closed. Sure enough, I've got my appointment in the 22nd to pick it up. Dr . Julie Rohleder and her team are phenomenal. Today I worked with Kaleigh the dental hygienist and she was fabulous. I Harold it from the rooftops that Downtown Dentistry is the best dentist that I've experienced in Colorodo Springs and that's after going through two other dentists, one who did shoddy work and the other who ripped me off by never mentioning that they didn't accept Tricare, so for 2 years I paid OUT OF POCKET UNKNOWINGLY 😑 That dentist office was Springs Fam Dentistry btw. It was only after a quote was given for a replacement crown that I told the receptionist that I was going to shop around bc the price seemed too high. That's when she leaned over the counter and quietly told me that they were out of network and if I found a dentist in network it would be hundreds of dollars cheaper, which by the way she failed to mention every time I got a cleaning and I would mentione how expensive it seemed, she would just tell me, no, that's just the prices these days 😑That's when I left the office realizing how they had been earning my patronage under false pretenses and taking advantage of me. Anyways, for military family I highly recommend the Downtown Dentistry and it's team, THANK YOU💞🙏

These guys are great! I’ve never thought positively of a dentist office before, it’s always just been a mediocre standard procedure that I do twice a year. The whole office staff offers superb customer service. They are so friendly and the dentist and hygienist offer advice, but never make you feel pressured to do any extra procedures. I especially appreciate the fact that they don’t shame me or pressure me to get my wisdom teeth removed. They don’t bother me at all and I try to avoid invasive procedures whenever possible. The dentist was very mellow and said, they are fine, and if they don’t bother me, let’s leave them alone. This is the only dentist I’ve ever seen that had that opinion!

I’ve been going here for years. It’s a super convenient downtown location to get in and out and back to work. Julia the dentist is amazing and I have loved supporting this small, female-owned local business. The staff is very helpful. It’s just a great atmosphere. My hygienist today was amazing, too!! My hygienist at Downtown Dentist troubleshot a long time staining problem and found a cure. When I've had emergency tooth issues they have gotten me in the same day. Their ability to make permanent crowns while you wait is a dramatic improvement over the traditional temp to perm. The front office is efficient and accurate with billing. I don't enjoy going to a dentist, but The Downtown Dentist is the best choice for me in COS.

I will admit, I am not a fan of dentists. Even though they have helped keep my teeth working through the years and I so appreciate that. Even though I have really appreciated my last two dentists. Dr. Bowns in GA and Dr. Frett in IL. Dr. Rohleder has the distinction of being the first dentist, in my 57 years, that I can say that I never felt the needle going in! Everyone in the office was top notch! From Amantha at the desk, to Bernie, Patty and Michelle throughout the process of getting my two crowns! Thank you everyone at the Downtowns Dentist!! All of the staff at Downtown Dentist was absolutely amazing! They took me as a walk in for an emergency extraction on a molar that I had broken and that was causing extreme discomfort. It had been a number of years since my last Dentist visit and I was a bit nervous, the staff made me feel welcome and made the process very comfortable. I’m glad to say that before leaving I scheduled future appointments for exams and cleaning, I’ve found my new family Dentist! My first experience at Downtown’s Dental was exceptional. The level of detail, customer service and care taken by all of the individuals that I interacted with was impressive. The new patient appointment was very thorough. They did x-rays, 3-D imaging, reviewed by new patient paperwork, talked through all my concerns, made sure I was comfortable with the suggestions and findings and answered all my questions.

2021 Update In my opinion you absolutely cannot do better than The Downtown Dentist. The safety protocols were excellent before the pandemic and now are simply outstanding. Dr. Rohleder really goes the extra mile ensuring staff/patient safety. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Burgos today and felt very comfortable talking with him about my dental care. BreAnna (Dental Assistant) is just THE best!! Her bio says that she wants to build relationships of trust with patients and she does just that. Thanks again to the DTD team for being my compassionate and knowledgeable partner in dental care. I'm a patient for life!! 🙂 I moved to Colorado Springs four years ago and during that time have visited several dentists. Hit gold on the fourth try...Dr. Rohleder's Downtown Dentist. 🙂 I'm always treated with respect by staff and appreciate the friendly attitude throughout the office. The location is convenient and they pay for your parking right in front of the office. Thank you for that. Luis at the front desk greets you with a smile and schedules follow-ups with the same friendly attitude. I even got a personal text from him when I confused two appointments. Melissa took x-rays and performed my cleaning with precision and caring. Thank you Melissa, for encouraging me in my dental care without being condescending. Dr. Rohleder is knowledgeable and efficient while demonstrating a positive and friendly demeanor. She finds out what your needs are, determines how to best meet them, and develops a treatment plan. I recently had to have several fillings replaced, including some molar surfaces. Bernie was just amazing in completing that task. When I first had these fillings done many years ago at a previous dentist in another state, I had to go back a couple of times because I was having problems with my bite. Not with Bernie's magical touch. Perfect the first time. I was amazed and so very appreciative. Overall, just very nice people who care about their patients. So from this not so eager dental patient, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My first appointment was very good. I have fear of dentists from past experiences and Dr Julia Rohleder was very kind and and happy to answer questions. The dental assistant was very kind as well. Both were checking in regularly to make sure I was alright even tho it was just an assessment and diagnosis. I have some upcoming appointments for fillings. Dr Rohleder reassured me about options for pain management, as I have a low pain threshold. I will be pretty anxious still and she said I can listen to music or even watch Netflix during the procedure, which will be a very helpful distraction. I can’t say I’m looking forward to the next appointment, but I believe Dr Rohleder will make it as bearable as possible.

I've had to come here often and every time I go, it almost feels as if you are visiting friends. They are welcoming and everyone gets along great. They do whatever they can to make your experience as comfortable as possible. State-of-the-art technology combined with amazing service... Can't get better than that.

I am a person who has always hated the dentist. I’m now in my mid 20s and I consistently schedule and attend my 6 month appointments. I don’t stress about the dentist anymore. The people are so nice and gentle. They also have the coolest best technology that makes me feel like I really am getting the best care out there. Highly recommend this dentist.

The hygenist/dental assistant was really nice & good at her job. She made me feel comfortable & we didn't have any issues with the cleaning. I couldn't really tell you the dentist's name (because he didn't mention it & I didn't ask - you get a different dentist every time you go in), or how good he is because he was only there for 1 minute, then moved on to the next patient. It was just a cleaning. I guess it could be a good thing that my teeth/gums didn't warrant much attention from the dentist, since I take good care of them. He just wasn't impressionable to me & seemed to be talking to the assistant & not me.

Did a lot of research and thank goodness, finally found this place! Rodolfo Burgos, DMD, is incredibly knowledgeable and shared insights as to the 'why' behind many of my dental challenges. I was also fortunate to have him clean my teeth and it was by far the most pleasant cleaning I've had - ever! Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

As a first-time patent, I couldn't have been more impressed. The first thing they asked me was whether I needed quarters for the parking meter! The staff people were all friendly and yet professional. And even though I was there on a day when they were very busy, my dentist and dental assistant took time to explain everything to me--they certainly did not cut corners. And excellent experience!

I have not been to a dentist in many years, but when I cracked off a large piece of my back molar one afternoon, I needed to find a reliable in-network dentist quickly. The Downtown Dentist office, recommended to me by people at work, was able to take me in first thing the next morning. I am very thankful for and very satisfied with my treatment yesterday. Before I arrived, I expected to have to have this molar extracted, but Dr. Rohleder was able to quickly make a crown for me that morning. She and her staff took the time to make me comfortable. Dr. Rohleder listened to my concerns before starting any procedures, and she talked to me about different reasonable options, which helped to calm me quite a lot. She was very gentle and precise and I consider my new molar to be the work of an artist. They also have a new piece of equipment that softly and “moistly” holds jaws open (relieving a lot of the stress and pressure of trying to do that myself - that I remember having to deal with during previous procedures experienced many years ago) and I found this piece of equipment to be extremely helpful. While making my payment, I made appointments next week for a regular visit for myself and my husband as well, who also hasn’t visited a dentist for many years.

This is my fourth Dentist since moving to Colorado Springs in 2013. I've been to one appointment so far, however the quality of care and professionalism exhibited in this office surpasses my previous experiences. I've lived in Colorado Springs off and on for approximately 30 years and this Dentist Office would be at the top of my list for Dentist recommendations.

This is seriously the best Dentist office ever. I have grown up with a couple good Dentists over the years when I was a kid that are perfectly polite and not scary to visit but this place takes it to another level. Everyone here is really kind, enjoys thier job, and makes it a relaxing place to visit for a checkup or any type of dental work needed. I also have gotten sincere tips and tricks from the employees here about better cleaning techniques, suggestions for or against certain routes of treatment that feel genuinely offered and not just telling me to brush and floss more and leaving it at that. I also appreciate how much care and concern everyone has for the patient being comfortable during a procedure and really stressing to speak up if anything it bothering you or uncomfortable.

I have had very positive experiences at this dental office. Julia is great -welcoming, relaxed, and recognizes that not everyone enjoys having dental work done. The new (to this office) dentist Rodolfo is great too. He was calm and seemed focused. He was clear about the procedure and about what to expect. The dental hygienists and techs who have worked with me are excellent ( just likes nurses, those working with the Dr. can make all the difference!). The staff at the desk are pleasant, attentive, efficient and organized. I definitely recommend the Downtown Dentist.

I found The Downtown Dentist because we live downtown and it's convenient, but they also have the friendliest staff and are so helpful. We love Dr. Rohleder! She does great work but she's also fun and helps you relax (which can be hard in the dentist chair). I recently chipped a tooth and they had me in and out, good as new, within an hour!

i have been going to this dentist office for two years now and back then it was wonderful definitely five stars. The gals who deep cleaned me for my periodontal maintenance did an excellent job! However, the girl who I saw yesterday who I never have seen before really rubbed me the wrong way and honestly is making me consider going to another dentist office that’s how bad the experience was. I came in for my 3 month periodontal maintenance cleaning except it was a couple weeks over 3 months because a week before I was schedule back on June 15th they had to cancel my appointment for staff training. So I had the day off yesterday and scheduled it then. The girl told me that I really shouldn’t wait so long to do my cleaning because it makes it more difficult to clean. To which I told her that I had to reschedule my appointment I made previously for months in advance due to them closing for training and she literally didn’t care and said nothing. I knew right then this wasn’t going to be good. She never talked to me just told me to open and close my mouth. Told me I’m done. Never told me the progress or status of my teeth like the other girls did. Then she hands me a referral to a doctor for my bottom teeth doesn’t tell me who to call or ask for or what to tell them when I make the appointment just hands me the paper and tells me that I have to call them. Doesn’t ask me what flavor of the polish thing they put on my teeth just goes for it with a nasty flavor. And my favorite part was she told me she would give me more picks, didn’t, AND I specifically told her I only used sensitive toothpaste per what the other girls have instructed me to use for two years and gave me enamel strengthening toothpaste and didn’t ask what color toothbrush I wanted. Gave me the bag and told me I’m done and left. I do really like this place they have done wonders on my teeth for not having been to a dentist in like. Fifteen years. But that girl who worked on my teeth really turned me off and honestly I might not go back just for that. I’ll give it one more chance but if it’s her again I definitely will go somewhere else.

OMG....what a wonderful office to walk into! I am from out of town and I had already planned to start my dental treatment from my dentist here in Colorado Springs since I will not be returning home for another 4-5 weeks. I looked up which dentists were available to take new patients and came cross Dr. Julia Annelle Rohleder. I think I will either move just because of her or travel to get the rest of my treatments done! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! Thank you for your kindness as well as the friendliness of your staff.

They are my favorite! I've had three dentists in my life and this one is by far the best. The hygienists are very gentle (and I have sensitive teeth so this is very important to me), and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. When I needed my retainer repaired they worked with me to find an economical solution. For me, they are extremely conveniently located, but if you don't work downtown they will give you change for the meter.

I love the Downtown Dentist and her staff. The amazing. Dr. Rohleder is incredible and she makes you feel like you have known her forever-honestly forever! Susie did my cleaning today and her personality is so cute and spunky that I soon forgot I was in the most dreaded chair ever. I hate going to the dentist, but I must say i do not mind visiting the office and staff. The scheduling is pretty flexible and almost have always been able to book my appointment so that it's convenient to me walking home or walking from work. Dr Rohleder was recently in the newspaper on the front page celebrating being downtown for 10 years! Here's to another 10 or 50 years 🙂

The staff here are really friendly and accomidating to their patients. We just visited there today and had to reschedule a few times to meet our hectic schedule, they worked with us to enable a one day visit for the entire family. The professionalism and kindness they showed our child was exceptional to say the least. We are so sad that we are moving away and hope that we can find a Dental Office as good as this one near our new home.

I love Dr. Julia and her staff! Before I started going to The Downtown Dentist, I would put off going to the dentist at all. But Dr. Julia and her staff have made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Everyone is so nice and instead of treating me like a no-name patient, they treat me like a friend. I'm so glad I found the Downtown Dentist!

Dr Julia has created a truly laid back, fun environment with a happy, brilliant staff and comfortable atmosphere. I feel relaxed, feel like I can be myself, and I actually look forward to my normal checkups and any work I need done. It's like hanging out with friends...that also happen to be experts in their field!

Dr. Julie and her staff was one of the best things about living in Colorado Springs! The whole office has a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes your appointment more like a visit with friends than a trip to the dentist! Dr. Julie always took the time to stop and say hello even if my visit was with the hygienist, treating me like a friend and asking about my family. Not many professionals take the time to get to know their patients like the staff of the Downtown Dentist does!

Dr. Rohleder not only does great work she's the most personable and delightful woman to be a patient of. While I've had many struggles thru the years Dr. Rohleder takes the issues in stride and works to resolve my problems while also inspiring faith in her skill but also in her true compassion and passion for people and dentistry. The entire staff made me actually like being in a dental office. That is no easy task after what I've dealt with in the past. For the first time in years a dentist listened to my unique situation and has made seemingly effortless skill to hear me then help me the way I asked to have my work done. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and a valuable client. The work done and years later I'm still going strong with healthy teeth. For the first time in my life I'm glad to go back when I need work done, even getting cleanings done. This is the mark by which all dental offices should hold themselves to.

Dr. Rohleder is the absolute best!. She makes you feel comfortable while in the dental chair, and you feel like you're entrusting a friend with your dental needs, not just a dentist. She's very conservative and always tries to give you options within the standard of care. I would highly recommend her and her outstanding staff to anyone for their dental care!

I was nervous about not seeing the dentist after 10 years!!! I thought maybe they would have me wear a scarlet D on my arm....but No. The staff makes you feel very welcome as soon as you come through the door, almost as if you were an old friend. The anxiety melted away as I met Dr. Rohleder and she reassured me that my negligence to my teeth would be reversed in no time and explained to me how we were to achieve that. I don't have dental insurance, and you know what, it was the best money I've ever spent!!!!! My confidence soared from about a 3 to a 10 in under 3 weeks just from the Dental care I received from all the staff at the downtown Dentist. Thanks again and see you all in Dec. 🙂

I've visited several dentist's since moving to Colorado Springs and "The Downtown Dentist" is by far the best. Dr. ROHLEDER has a staff that is professional, courteous and attentive. I recently had a dental emergency and they got me in, resolved my problem quickly and painlessly. They even followed up with me several times.

Have been going there for several years, always the best care. Great people from reception, to hygienists, to the Doc. Always professional, gentle and very conscientious especially regarding avoiding pain. They also go the extra mile and work very diligently with insurance companies to ensure best coverage.
